How to cook

Heat 1 tbsp of oil and this Matsaman curry paste in a saucepan. Stir 1 minute and add 400 g. of chicken or meat, cook until done. Then slowly pour and stir 400ml of coconut milk and add ready cooked new potatoes, peanuts, plam sugar and tamarind juice according to taste. Turn the heat down low. Simmer for 5 minutes season with fish sauce. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
